MSI sure isn’t listening to the masses who don’t want a netbook with a desktop OS, if the insiders reports are true. DigiTimes who have a certain knack for getting people to give them info is reporting that MSI will be showcasing a 10-inch tablet at the June Computex 2010 convention in Taiwan that will be running Windows 7 and be powered by an Intel Menlow-class Atom Zxx processor. The informant also said that MSI will be selling this 10-inch tablet for sub-$500 and it will feature and e-book reader as well as options for 3G and Wi-Fi wireless. These reports haven’t been acknowledged by MSI officially but the Computex convention is coming soon so we shall see what they do unveil. [Digitimes]
