New 10-inch prototype tablet than can power four 1080p displays

The the 10-inch Marvell tablet that was shown off at the 2010 Netbook Summit didn’t come with a full list of specifications but that’s okay for now. However they did let loose the type of processor the tablet was running on has exactly what it was capable of. The Marvell tablet is powered off a ARMADA 610 chip which is an ARM based chip but with a lot of processing power. The ARMADA 610 chip has a clock frequency of 1GHz and to compare it is definitely more powerful than a Qualcomm Snapdragon chip which is found in a few devices out now. The ARMADA 610 chip really shines at 3D rendering and at HD video rendering, the chip has the power to render up to 45 million 3D triangles per second and even control four 1080p displays at the same time.
During the showcasing of the device some notable features spotted by Engadget include a microSD slot was spotted, a front-facing camera, an HDMI output and a USB port. Some reports also hinted at the Marvell tablet also coming with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. As for the OS capabilities for this device Marvell has made capable for Linux, Windows Mobile, Windows CE and Android, but the tablet when available will come with Android by default.
