The Samsung Galaxy Tab will be offered on contract from UK based Three very soon according to the company. The Galaxy Tab if you haven’t heard already will primarily be a carrier product. The 7-inch tablet running Android 2.2 OS will be available without a contract but the prices for that option are in the $1000 range.
Three has released their pricing plans for both data and voice plans. The prices are very reasonable but they company neglected to mention how much of a subsidy they will be offering for the Galaxy Tab. Here is the pricing.
Three voice packages:
- SIM10: £10 a month including 100 any network minutes, 2000 Three-to-Three minutes, 3000 texts and 1GB data
- SIM15: £15 a month including 300 any network minutes, 2000 Three-to-Three minutes, 3000 texts and 1GB data
Monthly data only packages:
- 1GB data for £7.50
- 5GB data for £15
