T-Mobile SpringBoard launch detailsT-Mobile has revealed the release date for their 7-inch SpringBoard tablet the carrier will be offering co-branded with Huawei.

Apparently instead of November 9th the T-Mobile SpringBoard will be available for purchase by the public on November 16th. T-Mobile will charge buyers $179.99 on the 16th, but that price includes a $49.99 mail-in rebate and a two-year ‘T-Mobile Value Mobile Broadband’ service contract.

As was confirmed back in October the T-Mobile SpringBoard features a 7-inch 1280×800 capacitive multi-touch IPS LCD, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage with an SD card slot for further expansion (up to 32GB), a 1.3MP front camera and a 5MP rear camera, micro-HDMI, micro-USB 2.0, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, HSPA+ 14.4Mbps with 3G fallback support, and the SpringBoard comes pre-installed with Google Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS and support for Adobe Flash Player.

When the T-Mobile SpringBoard is launched it will not even have one full day of being the only Android 3.2 Honeycomb equipped 7-inch HSPA+ 4G tablet on the T-Mobile network, because the 7-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus 4G tablet arrives on November 16th for T-Mobile too. The Samsung tablet will set you back $249.99 with a $50 mail-in rebate and two-year mobile broadband contract, though.
